If we get something wrong, we say so, on the page, with the date.
How to tell us
Use the correction form. Tell us what is wrong, which page it is on, and send a link or evidence if you have it. You do not need an account.
What happens next
We acknowledge within 24 hours and an editor decides within 72. A matter of fact is corrected with a visible note at the end of the story, and the old text is kept in the page history. An opinion is not a correction, and we will tell you why if we leave a story as it is.
Corrections from brands
A brand can ask for a correction like anyone else, and needs to send its evidence. A brand cannot ask us to remove an opinion or a review.
