Ordering a Pakistani wedding wardrobe from abroad: duties, weeks of tailoring and few returns
A bride ordering from HSY, Sania Maskatiya, Zainab Chottani or Elan from overseas buys on firm terms. Duty and import tax sit outside the price at HSY, Sania Maskatiya and Zainab Chottani. Returns are restricted at all four, so size, design and the wedding date should be settled before any money changes hands.

Duties and customs
HSY prices exclude duty and import tax on every international order, and the customer pays them separately. Sania Maskatiya leaves duties and taxes out of both its prices and the shipping charged at checkout. At Sania Maskatiya, an order held by the buyer's own customs agency is the buyer's responsibility.
Zainab Chottani ships its orders from Pakistan, and customs, duties or other taxes may be due when the parcel is received abroad.
How long an order takes
Sania Maskatiya makes most of its pieces to order, so each outfit carries its own delivery time. Zainab Chottani likewise delivers within the timeline set for each piece.
HSY tailors every outfit to the client's size and preferences, and its artisans spend several weeks on each dress. Only then does the journey begin: international delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days once a piece is ready for dispatch.
Orders from Sania Maskatiya might also be delayed by the situation in the Middle East. Working back from a wedding date, allow for that delay and for the courier on top of each outfit's own timeline.
